Married 6 years, 2 young kids
Challenge:
We were having the same argument every single week. It felt like no matter what we said, it always escalated and nothing actually got resolved. We were both exhausted and starting to feel stuck in a pattern we couldn’t break.
Solution:
After working with Natasha, we started to understand what was actually driving those arguments. Within a few sessions, things felt different. We’re not stuck in those cycles anymore, and when something comes up, we know how to handle it calmly without it escalating.

Together 8 years, no kids
Challenge:
We were seriously considering separating. Every conversation turned into blame, and it felt like we were going in circles with no way out. It reached a point where we both started questioning if the relationship could even work long term.
Solution:
This process helped us slow things down and see what we were both missing. We’re now in a completely different place. There’s more patience, more clarity, and honestly, a lot more respect between us when we communicate.

Helped 100+ couples break recurring conflict patterns and rebuild communication, trust, and connection.

A lot, actually! Our approach is to provide you with value from the moment you walk in for your first session. We believe therapy is collaborative, and we look to you to set the pace and explain in your own words what your issues and goals are.
If you’re not sure, your therapist can help you figure out where to start and what the priority is for you, along with understanding how much you want to talk about without going too deep right away.
We do a lot of listening, and ask a lot of questions in your first session, but you will leave with concrete feedback, tips and advice, and plan for what your future counselling sessions will focus on.
